This position is responsible for being the technical expert supporting prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle with SaleMove including setting up and maintaining client configurations in the platform, communicating with the clients and solving issues, handling their requests. This combination of customer support, configuration activities and ongoing technical guidance ensures the candidate a solid mix of day-to-day customer activities.
