Client Engineer

Description

The client engineer works with the world’s largest and most recognized enterprises, providing technical assistance and tier 1 support for incoming queries and issues from our broad set of customers. This position is responsible for being the technical expert supporting prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle with SaleMove including setting up and maintaining client configurations in the platform, communicating with the clients and solving issues, handling their requests. This combination of customer support, configuration activities and ongoing technical guidance ensures the candidate a solid mix of day-to-day customer activities.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first line of support for incoming technical issues from customers and the customer success team
  • Replicate issues and work with engineering team on further identifying cause and solution
  • Support customers in configuring advanced features of the platform
  • Take the lead on communicating with customers to verify, identify and resolve technical issues
  • Play an active role in identifying trends to help drive product improvements and customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer information and verify the customer’s issue by analyzing the symptoms and determining the underlying problem
  • Manage validating pre-production release process


SaleMove turns websites into stores, branches or showrooms. Using a combination of video chat, shared browsing and interactive customer experiences, we allow shoppers to "walk" around the websites and have a personalized shopping experience (just as they do in-person).

Requirements:

  • Technically capable with working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic understanding of JavaScript
  • Experience working in a deadline-oriented environment with a high attention to quality
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Passion for and understanding of new technology
  • Currently living in Tartu or willing to relocate
  • High level English skills in writing and speaking. Role will work closely with a New York City based team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Good social skills
  • Able to work with business intelligence tools
