Customer Success Manager (aka Success Mover)

SaleMove’s vision is to simplify complex interactions between businesses and customers. To bring that in-person level of communication to the digital space. We accomplish this by seamlessly infusing interactive communication (such as video chat and CoBrowsing) into any website or app.

We are looking for a (soon to be former) consultant that wants to leverage their client-centric, analytical mindset to break into the tech industry and drive digital transformation for the biggest organizations in the world.

What you'll do:

In this role, you will interact with Fortune 500 leadership and promote change through our technology platform. You will assemble client KPI recommendations, craft strategic implementation plans and quarterback project teams

Requirements:

• 2 - 5+ years of experience in consulting (management / strategy consulting preferred)

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Extremely punctual and responsive

• Excellent client skills

• Sharp research and analysis skills

• Self-starter with the energy, drive, and determination

• Passion for and understanding of new technology

• Currently living in New York or willing to relocate
