Talent Acquisition Manager

Description

We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented, diligent individual who can drive forward our company’s continual growth by bringing top talent to the team! This is someone with interpersonal savvy and a knack for selling vision.

What you'll do:

  • Working closely with the hiring managers to identify hiring needs
  • Developing materials and process
  • Collaborating with SaleMove Marketing to promote career opportunities
  • Sourcing candidates to build a top-notch candidate pool
  • Conducting screening interviews
  • Guiding candidates through the interview process
  • Closing candidates and facilitating their transition to join the team

Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years prior experience sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, organized and positive
  • Collaborative and team player
